Q: How to install the Ebike?
A: Please refer to the installation manual, including how to install the handlebar, front wheel, LED light, seat and pedal.
Q: How to turn on the Ebike?
A: After installation, turn on the Ebike with the key, and then press the middle button of the instrument for 3 seconds. The red indicator light flashes to indicate that the Ebike is powered.
Q: How to turn off the Ebike?
A: Long press the middle button of the instrument for about 3 seconds, when the red indicator light off, it means the Ebike power off.
Q: Why can't the Ebike twist the throttle after I turn on the power?
A: After powering on, please press the "-" button on the instrument, after it shows "low", press it again and then you can use the electric mode.
Q: What should I do if parts are missing or damaged during installation?
A: We will send the parts or make appropriate compensation for you.
Q: Why can't I turn on the Ebike after I fully charge the battery?
1. Make sure to use the original charger to charge the battery.
2. When inserting the battery, make sure that the bottom is fully fitted.
3. Turn the key to the "turn on" direction, and then press and hold the middle button of the instrument for about 3 seconds. The red indicator light flashes to indicate the Ebike is powered on.
